Purchase rules and payment methods

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter "Rules"), upon their acceptance by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement "I have familiarized myself with the rules of Supersymmetry and agree with them"), are a binding legal document for the parties, which determine the rights of the Buyer and the Seller and responsibilities, terms of purchase and payment for goods, order of delivery and return of goods, responsibility of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Supersymmetry online store.

1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The registered Buyer will be informed about any changes, corrections or additions during the login on the Supersymmetry page and, in order to shop in this online store, he will have to accept the modified Rules again.

2. Protection of personal data

2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the Supersymmetry online store in two ways:

2.1.1. by registering on this website by entering your username and password;

2.2. When ordering goods, the buyer both 2.1.1. In the manner provided in the clauses of the rules, in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller, the personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the goods order must be indicated: name, surname, delivery address of the goods, telephone number and e-mail address.

2.3. By approving these Rules, the buyer agrees that 2.2. his personal data referred to in point would be processed in the Supersymmetry online store for the sale of goods and services, for the purposes of analysis of the Seller's activity and direct marketing, and he agrees that his personal data - name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address - would be disclosed to the Seller's partners (data processors) providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order.

2.4. The Buyer, by agreeing to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, also agrees to the sending of informational messages to the e-mail address and telephone number indicated by him, which are necessary to fulfill the order for goods.

2.5. Pursuant to Rule 9.3.3. and 9.4.3. points, the Buyer's identity document and the Buyer's data provided to the Seller or Lithuanian Post employee are used only for proper identification of the identity.

2.6. If the Buyer does not agree with the Personal Data Protection provisions specified in this section of the Rules, the Buyer loses the right to use the services provided by the Supersymmetry online store.

3. The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract

3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after selecting the product(s) to be purchased and creating a shopping cart, clicks on the "Pay" link.

3.2. Each purchase-sale agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the Supersymmetry online store database.

4. Buyer's rights

4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Supersymmetry online store in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules and other information sections of the Seller's online store.

4.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods concluded with the Supersymmetry online store by filling out the return form in the Supersymmetry online store no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery/receipt of the item, except for the case when the contract was concluded for:

4.2.1 goods that were produced according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer due to the loss (loss) of their commercial properties, are perishable or expire.

4.3. The Buyer can exercise the right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Rules only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, and it has not been used and comes with all packaging and labels.

4.4. In the event that the Buyer purchases a set of goods in the Supersymmetry online store and in accordance with 4.2 of the Rules. wishes to withdraw from the sales contract with respect to certain (certain) goods, he must return the entire set of goods to the Seller, that is, the Buyer can use Rule 4.2. clause provides for the right only in relation to all the goods in the set. In the event that at least one of the goods in the set does not meet the requirements stipulated in point 11.4 of the Rules, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned set of goods.

5. Obligations of the buyer

5.1. The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.2. After registering, the Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately notify the Seller by e-mail. by mail info@supersymmetry.lt

5.3. If the data provided in the registration form of the registered Buyer changes, he must update them immediately.

5.4. The buyer, using the Supersymmetry online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly indicated in the online store, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Seller's Rights

6.1. The Seller has the right to determine the minimum size of the basket of goods at its discretion, that is, the minimum amount, upon reaching which the Buyer's order will be executed. The size of this amount is visible when viewing the shopping cart.

6.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

6.3. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

6.4. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer, having chosen Rule 8.2.1. or 8.2.2. payment methods provided in points, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.

7. Obligations of the seller

7.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the Supersymmetry online store under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store.

7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to personal information belonging to him, that is, to process the personal data specified by the Buyer only in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Rules and the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Chapter 9 of the Rules.

7.4. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or similar product as far as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 working days, if prepayment was made.

7.5. After the buyer uses Rule 4.2. the right provided for in point 4.4 of the Rules. clause, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days, counted from the day of receipt of the returned goods.

8. Product prices, payment procedure and terms

8.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros.

8.2. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:

Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

8.3. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the documents for the purchase of goods - invoices, which are also the goods' warranty vouchers - will be submitted electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's registration form. The Seller also places the invoices of the goods purchased by the Buyer on the Supersymmetry website. Invoices in the form specified above are submitted to the Buyer no later than before the goods are handed over to him. The invoices indicate the selected goods, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, delivery charges, and other data required by the legal acts regulating accounting.

9. Delivery of goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the buyer can choose the method of delivery of the goods, that is, use the goods delivery service provided by the Seller or pick up the goods at one of the branches of the Lithuanian Post Office.

9.2. Delivery of goods to the Buyer:

9.2.1. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

9.2.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

9.2.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.

9.3.1. The ordered goods must be collected no later than within 30 calendar days, when the order is already in the Lithuanian Post office and can be collected.

9.3.2. When picking up goods, it is necessary to have with you and present a valid personal identity document (identity card, passport or new model driver's license) to the employee of the Lithuanian Post Office.

9.5. The Seller provides the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

9.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

10. Product quality guarantee and expiration date

10.1. The characteristics of each item sold are generally indicated in the item description attached to each item.

10.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

10.3. The quality guarantee provided by the seller does not limit or constrain the rights of consumers, which are established for them by legal acts after purchasing a product or service of inappropriate quality.

11. Return and exchange of goods

11.1. In order to return the product(s) in the cases specified in Clause 11.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must fill out the return form in the Supersymmetry online store and attach it to the returned shipment

11.2. 11.1 The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 1 of the Rules within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to him, informing the Seller about this 4.2. The procedure provided for in the clause of the rules.

11.3. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

11.3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.

11.3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

11.3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.)

11.3.4. the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;

11.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.

11.6. The user has the right, without specifying a reason and without suffering other than those established by this code 6.228 11 article, costs, within fourteen days to refuse a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the trading premises, except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article .

11.7. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.

12. Gift voucher

12.1. Gift voucher purchased at Supersymmetry e-mail. in the store is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. By purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer agrees to the rules for using the gift voucher.

12.2. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not refundable.

12.3. If the price of the item(s) paid for with the Gift Voucher is greater than the nominal value of the Gift Voucher stated on the Gift Voucher, the missing amount can be paid in advance.

12.4 If the price of the item(s) paid for with the Gift Voucher is less than the face value of the Gift Voucher stated on the Gift Voucher, the difference will not be refunded.

12.5. One Gift check can be paid only once, after which the check is cancelled.

12.6. If the gift voucher has not been used within its validity period, it is considered no longer valid.

13. Liability

13.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by him. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

13.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken while using this online store.

13.3. After registering, the Buyer is responsible for transferring his login data to third parties. If the services provided by Supersymmetry.lt are used by a third person who has connected to the online store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

13.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

13.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise, control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.

13.6. The Seller is not responsible for the proper performance of mutual obligations between the Buyer and the Seller's partners, whose services the Buyer orders.

13.7. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for direct losses.

14. Exchange of information

14.1. The seller sends all messages according to 2.2 of the Rules. the procedure provided for in paragraph 1. to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

14.2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller's e-mail. by mail info@supersymmetry.lt

15. Final provisions

15.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
